Delivery Times

There is a choice of shipping.

Standard orders are sent by regular mail (no tracking).

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Standard orders are not trackable.

Upgrade to DHL Express for $24.90 (with tracking).

Please allow 6 days for delivery. DHL orders are trackable. An email will be sent with tracking details after your order has been shipped. (For iron on labels, minimum product order is $34 to qualify for express.)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Most orders are printed and sent from New Zealand.
  • We can deliver to PO Box address.
  • Woven labels take an additional 7 business days.
  • We do not allow pick ups.

International orders: Please select the Express Post option at checkout. Orders will be sent by regular airmail and are untracked. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
